Medium acidity, very fresh, long finish with nuts and citric aftertaste. Great one! Pear, white fruits and a hint of tropical fruits on the nose. Dry. Medium acidity and citrus, white fruits on the palate. Yellow peach and acacia flowers, fresh hazelnut, pear aroma. Spice nuances to firm finish. Paired with the baked red tilefish in crispy scales
