Mouse DMD (Dystrophin) ELISA Kit Packaging:96 wells This CHEM (Chemerin) ELISA KitThe Mouse (DMD) Dystrophin ELISA Kit measures dystrophin in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre coated with Mouse DMD antibody. DMD present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse DMD Antibody is added and binds to DMD in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated DMD antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing step.
