2023 Pinot Noir Shiraz Type:Bottle Subtle herb and tobacco notesNSW A blend of 80% Tumbarumba Pinot Noir with 20% Hilltops Shiraz. This wine is a great example of how Pinot and Shiraz can complement one another. The nose opens with loads of dark fruit and hints of red currant, Spicy notes and a snifter of black tea. The palate continues the dark rich red fruit theme, with lovely length. There is a sweet Morello Cherry thing going on, finishing with gentle but firm lingering tannin. Shiraz influence on lovely
