But it reveals more power with time and more on the palate than in the nose. On the nose morello, red currants, hints of honey and rosehips. The palate shows a grippy structure with ripe tannin and high acidity more akin to a pinot noir and great lenght. In fact the acidity carries the fruit over a long period
