My parent's wedding cake was a Princess Torte, and every year for their anniversary my dad would bring one of these home to celebrate the occasion. This one is dedicated to M+D A fluffy cake cookie (if you know our B&W, you may recognize it) scented with lemon gets a coated in raspberry jam, a healthy smothering of mascarpone whip, and draped in marizpan. It's everything you think it might be.
