It is made from sterling silver designed to resemble Berlin Iron work from the 18th century. The internal diameter of this cuff is 2 1 8 inches wide at the widest point, with a 1 inch opening howeger the silver is slightly malleable and it can be adjusted for a perfect fit regardless of your arm size. The width of the cuff, looking down on it on the top of
