So, it's a great introductoryatcha to proof your skeptical matcha friends wrong without breaking the bank. Enjoy it as a thin (usucha) matcha and expect a smooth, mildly grassy cup, with a nice creamy froth. While it does not have the complex flavor profile as some of our other matcha, it can be made thick (koicha).
