The Spice Tree is made from Highland malt whiskies which are aged in custom-made casks fitted with new French oak heads

cassia and some good old home grown hops

Further to this they then ship the Whisky off to be aged in Pedro Ximenez casks for another year

The Pogues Single Malt Whiskey 70cl Emporia Brands Thereby painting a very differentThis release is brought to us through a collaboration from the West Cork Distillery and The Pogues (if you hadn't guessed from the name). After the great success of the first blended release, they decided to create their Single Malt expression which is aged in Bourbon Oak casks before bottling. The result is a Whiskey with notes of Spicy Oak infused with hints of both Peanut Butter and Malt running throughout.
