Hot Italian Relish brownie Now available till the goodShippable (Pune only) Recently we tasted an Italian Spread that someone brought back and instantly liked the tart, punchy flavours and juicy texture. We happily had it topped over bagel & cream cheese and once we ran out, decided to make it ourselves. Here we cook down a whole bunch of vegetables like eggplant, peppers, mushrooms etc with herbs, fennel, chillies and aromatics. This gets finished with vinegar, two types of olives, capers and extra
