Monarch Butterfly Life Cycle Necklace crescent moon to chrysalisThis necklace is completely made by hand and inspired by my butterfly garden. Each year, I raise dozens of monarchs with my students and release them into the garden. The entire life cycle is represented here, from egg, to caterpillar, to chrysalis, to taking flight. Each polymer clay piece is sculpted entirely by hand and painstakingly painted to bring each detail to life. The genuine butterfly wings were lovingly collected in my garden, and are
