There are some notes of dried peels and notes of marmalade with a malty texture. The palate is full bodied with a silken delivery. Notes of heather roots and cut grasses, honeyed oak notes with winter spices; cinnamon and cloves. There are some acacia honey notes. The finish is long and developing with notes of dry oak and a gentle, weaving smoke.
