It makes wines that generally have plenty of bite and acidity, and this example is a case in point, showing a hint of stony reduction, some vanilla spice and a core of chalky minerality. This wines fruit is buttercup yellow, with richness that brings to mind lemon custard and notes of lavender. Theres enough acidity to clean up that richness,
