In 1992, we harvested exclusively from vines on the slope below the stone walls of the Arena. Low yields provided intensity at moderate sugar levels. In assembling the wine, we included a small amount of dark, spicy petit verdot. Lush, full and firm in structure, this lovely cabernet demonstrates once again the exceptional quality of York Creek.
