Ocean Conservancy Brooch silver and smarterThis is one of three brooches created for the Magpie Exhibition 2020 created by Micki Lippe. Micki invited artists to choose a few found objects from her walk about and hikes. Micki has used these objects in her own work throughout her career. The found objects I chose are found plastics. I wanted to focus attention on the over use and production of plastics by manufacturers that in up in our oceans. Each piece is name after different ocean agencies
