The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey Liqueur 70cl 70cl with this 2022 release ofTo create this small batch Liqueur, the Whistler team combine Whisky from Boann distillery (matured in bourbon barrels and finished in sherry casks) along with Irish Honey sourced from the apple orchards of the Cooney family. Opens with a healthy whiskey influence, immediately followed by incredibly creamy vanilla and caramel, with honey and candied almonds at the end.
