Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Blanc 2018 sku_1002444 therefore the wine still needsBright pale yellow color. The nose shows delicate fruity aromatics, light pears, quince, even some honey. The palate comes with a beautiful texture: elegant, silky, with a soft mouthfeel. The acidity is discreet, sapid, allowing the wine to flow easily. The high skin low juice ratio shows on the dry finish: there is a nice persistence and yet this isnt a big rich wine. So easy to drink, it will improve for the next year and so food friendly.
