Woven with silk highlights on silk, it is incredibly fine and shows the popular 1980s and 1990s Zirkhaki theme that meshed Benam style medallions and pastels with the archaeological craze of the early Pahlavi period. Very few of these remain untouched (brand new) and in sellable market condition from that period. The newer ones are overcharged and cartoonish. This is the real deal. Artist's signature.
