Pale straw tinged through with green fading to a water white rim. An intense, well defined nose of cantaloupe melon, pear and tangerine fruit, with elements of gunflint, aniseed, and hazelnut. On the palate there is an immediate burst of bright, lifted acidity. The wine is really clean
