We've not been able to attribute it to anyone and it is unmarked save for a small incised "1714" which is either a stock or design number. The pearls all look so neat and tidy that you'd assume they were faux pearls but they are actually pearls (assumed cultured) and the little rubies look very juicy and good enough to eat!
