Collavini winery produces this sensational red wine of the Friulian tradition. The origin of the vines is that of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The harvest takes place at the end of September by hand. The vinification foresees that the grapes are destemmed and left to macerate on the skins for a week. The short fermentation that follows takes place in steel winemakers at controlled
