Crasto Duoro Branco Superior 2016 Size:750ml There’s a dollop of spiceThe 2016 Branco Superior, the oaked white, is a blend of 60% Viosinho and 40% Verdelho, aged for six months in an equal mixture of new and used French oak. This was a tank sample when seen (but out of barrel, the final blend and due to be bottled a few days after tasting). A bit oaky just now, this should easily pull it in as it has good concentration and even better acidity. Elegant, focused and impeccably balanced, this lingers nicely and should age
