Incredibly well balanced, great structure, over a minute long finish. A few more years in the bottle and this will likely be a 5 star wine. Too bad it was my only bottle. Paired with a perfect NY steak with a red wine and cabrales cheese sauce. Cabrales cheese is from Asturias, the Spanish version of blue cheese. Perfect
