A turkey vulture soars overhead after recently taking flight from the nearby trees as the morning sun begins to warm the day at Wildflower Park

A spring sunrise begins the morning as I cross the bridge over the south fork Kishwaukee River with a peachleaf willow tree standing tall and elderberry bushes complimenting the pedestrian bridge at Wildflower Park

I thought it would be another beautiful and colorful sunrise so
