Probably a safe spot when in grizzly country

was a member of the Bow Valley Pack in Alberta

Sunrise at Spruce River Format:Printed Photo Only I watched this snowy owlPrince Albert National Park, Saskatchewan For over a month one winter, I got up before the sun every day to attempt to photograph river otters. I have learned many times in my career that it is often the shot that I wasnt expecting that ends up being the best. The otters never did cooperate but on one beautiful morning I got to witness this sunrise. The sky started a deep red and then evolved to a vibrant orange as the sun appeared over the horizon.
