Dating from the last years of the 18th century, the stone is secured in cut down collet settings (aka pie crust) over a dish back all crafted in silver and we've added a gold bail and jump ring for wear as a pendant (it started life as something, perhaps a button, before being converted to a stick pin as we found it).
