The palate echoes those notes with a clean texture and laser like exuberance that makes resisting a second glass almost impossible. With that in mind, this is certainly a wine that calls for sipping a glass or two in a hammock in the backyard. Or pair our Choir with fish tacos with a stone fruit salsa and Serrano peppers.
