Vintage 'Maeshowe Dragon' Brooch brooches Stone: Natural emeraldCool silver brooch modelled after the Maeshowe Dragon one of Orkney's most iconic symbols. A highly stylised human figure, with wild limbs akimbo clings on to an (actually quite serene looking) dragon in an attempt to slay the beast with typical swirling accents applied to the head and legs of the rider, and simple engraved scale details to the dragon.
