Saladini Pilastri Falerio 2019 Bottle:12 Whisky Advocate 90 points -Intense nose of sweet almonds and acacia wood flowers. Full bodied with wonderful aromas of vanilla, and mineral notes. Grass and lime flavors with layers of ripe pear. Long and elegant finish. This unique white, a blend of Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerina and Chardonnay is rich and full bodied, flavored with fresh almonds, peaches and a touch of cilantro. There's very intense, ripe fruit here; the wine is perfect to serve with fish or white meat.
