Aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels, this wine offers a bouquet of cherry and blackberry aromas topped by toasted notes. Very structured and powerful in the mouth, it is delicious young, but also worthy of aging. There is enough fruit here so that the wine may be enjoyed by itself or with a meal.
