The firm palate offers oak extract, chocolate, licorice and black cherry alongside drying wood tannins. Red with garnet reflections, very complex bouquet of raspberries, strawberries and mint. Very long finish, wonderful tannins. Pair with meat dishes, like braised beef, and cheese.
