They produce 45 different wines in small volumes, 9th in size in Burgundy. Roughly half their wines are made in their 12th Century cellars immediately adjacent to the Cathedral in the center of Beaune. 100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of charred meat, bacon, and earth. Very savory mid palate with a lean chalky finish.
