Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Young and crisp with elegantAfter fermentation on the skins for a period of 15 20 days, this cannonau matures in French oak tonneaux for at least 12 months, followed by a further 6 months of aging in bottles.. Luminous ruby red colour animated by evident violet notes, a prelude to the fresh scents of Mediterranean maquis, rosemary with notes of red fruit and berries, marasca cherry and myrtle accompanied by a touch of spicy notes conferred by the elevation in French oak barrels.
