This wine is a blend of approx 75% Pinot Noir grapes from the Pali Vineyard in Sonoma Coast (Southeast corner of the AVA) combined with approx 25% Pinot Noir grapes from a vineyard in the Russian River Valley that we source from each year

Hints of pear and apple compliment floral aromas and mix with a taste of honey and spice

It is elaborated with protective method, total absence of oxygen. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures. Without malolactic fermentation. Fresh aromas, a mixture of cut grass, rude combined with citrus and tropical fruits. In the mouth presents a sweet, fresh entry with balanced acidity. Long end.
