Typically Grenache vines tend to overproduce when lovingly tended or young, but with age and or unforgiving growing conditions, the vine reduces its fruit load and offers up grapes with the sort of refined depth only age or hardship can impart. Fermented on the skins for 30 days, pressed, left on lees for 8 months, racked to another concrete tank for a
