Cool climate Pinot Noir has a light texture that gives the wine a hint of tannins although it is much more about fruit and bright acidity. Clear, ruby red color with the same color rim. Strong damp earth, raspberry and cherry aromas. The mouth feel was light, smooth, dry and with lots of bright acidity; plentiful raspberry taste and a long, dry, fruity finish.
