After harvest, we age the wine in French oak barrels (45% new) to enhance mouthfeel and contribute dark chocolate and vanilla flavors. Lovely aromas of black cherry, cassis, and raspberry complement the soft grip of tannins on the palate. Flavors of plum meld with seductively dark chocolate and mocha. The finish is
