The result is this dry white Bordeaux, produced from ablend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon sourced fromparcels in Barsac, Entre Deux Mers, and Ctes de Francs. Like wines Daniel makes form his own vineyards, all the fruit was organically farmed, and the wine aged in used barrels so as not to impart oaky flavor.
