The tomatoes are slow dried in the sun and blended with just the right amount of herbs. We then add crushed Kalamata Olives to create this intensely deep flavored tapenade. Use as a pesto and stir into a bowl of warm pasta. Spread on sandwiches, pita bread, and warm toasted crusty breads. Use to season fish and chicken before grilling or baking.
