In the mouth, the wine shows a good balance between freshness and an elegant minerality. The 2017 Rully Montmorin is showing well, opening in the glass with aromas of green apple, pear, iodine and waxy lemon rind. On the palate, it's medium to full bodied, ample and succulent, with a giving, open knit profile and a mouthwatering finish.
