Pink Grapefruit (If you hadn't guessed), with the four key botanicals being Juniper, Pink Grapefruit, Coriander Seeds and Angelica Root. The result is a Gin which is Clean and Crisp and packed full of Zesty Pink Grapefruit notes throughout, with a slight undertone of Spice from the Coriander coming through, which is followed by more Citrus notes to finish.
