Both the box and brooch are in decent condition but both show signs of wear / age

It showcases all of the services available at the store. I didn't see a date inside, but the last date in the Younkers history is 1942. There is also a map of downtown Des Moines. The back has pages to fill in personal info like your training schedule, etc. Fairly good condition. Some damage to a few pages. Rust on the staples.
