Cold Brew Blend From The Americas The Yirgacheffe region of EthiopiaBlend For our Cold Brew Blend we like to add a bit of coffee from each growing region around the world. While we enjoy showcasing each region in one blend, this actually brings us just the right balance to make a smooth, bright, lavish cold brew. To brew: Grind coarsely and add to a container with 7 cups (56 oz.) of water. Use a bag filter or cold brew system of your choice to filter. We brew for 15 hours to yield a concentrate, used at a 1: 1 ratio
