Uchu 3 Year Old Umeshu 720ml BFM Gifting The first vintage of CabernetAged Japanese plum liqueur with depth, detail, and quiet intensity. Crafted in Oita using Oushukubai ume, Uchu Umeshu is matured for a minimum of three years before release. The extended ageing lends this umeshu a deep amber hue with copper glints, and a layered profile that blends sweet, savoury, and subtly medicinal tones. Aromas of Portello, spearmint, and herbal lozenge evolve into soft stone fruit and spiced red berries as the liqueur opens in
