Corresponding to the Hautes Ctes de la Bourgogne around Beaune, this AOC comes from vines planted on the high, steep slopes of the two banks of the Serein, between 230 and 280 meters above sea level. A pale golden color, a bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits and flint, a fresh and very dry wine that goes well as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood or an andouillette.
