Matured in a single refill ex bourbon barrel that produced 221 bottles. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at cask strength of 47. 9%. Nose: Vanilla pods and milk chocolate covered cheesecake. Palate: Smooth and creamy with apples and poached pears. Finish: Slightly mouth
