Due to the size of the vehicle and its ability to tow up to 4. 5 Tons (subject to vehicle specification) the Ram Summit Bumper has been designed to suit 12,000lb winches. To accommodate the larger winch sizes the lower pan of the Ram 1500 bar is a different profile to other Summit Bumpers and features additional bracing to achieve the higher winch loads.
