It was very fun to paint

We pulled it out and it was filthy and missing the lid

The background has drippy paint layers and a bit of the underpainting peeking through in places

Glow-getter Iris sky either Pleased As Punch 1I always enjoy painting iris because there are so many different varieties and color combinations that you could never paint them all! And even within each individual flower, there are so many different colors and shadows and ruffles and nuances, that each one is a delight to try to capture!
