SALE, Wide Stripes Old Silk Meisen Kimono Fabric By the Yard from Japan, Portraits of Botanica, #424 Southwest Concho Buttons with tipsyAlternating finely woven portraits of fruit and leaves, solid gold and coral rectangles, with stripes and nearly invisible silver threads within them. Extremely light, supple, incredibly soft, almost like fine, light cotton. Meisen like these are hard to find and this one seems older than vintage. The ikat work is gorgeous and intricate; everything is done in the weave and both sides look the same. Light, thin, flowy, supple, drapey. Quite good
