Cumbre Washed Regional Coffee A washed lot from ElLa Cumbre de Dipilto brings together washed Catuai and Caturra from small to mid sized farms in northern Nicaraguas Nueva Segovia. Every lot is cupped before blending, with only those showing balance and clarity chosen. The result is a coffee that represents the best of the region: chocolate driven sweetness, soft nutty notes, and a gentle lift of citrus. Dipilto itself lies in the protected DipiltoJalapa mountain range at high elevation, where cooler
