The field isn't used for growing daffodils any more but we still grow some in the garden and wife is still partial to picking a few bunches every Spring time so I'm sure they'll continue to be an inspiration for many paintings to come

Once they'd reached full bloom, the field was just a wash with these beautiful, bright yellow flowers. Only on special occasions will I purchase flowers myself but my wife often likes to pick some up. She would also get inspired by this field of yellow as, around that time of year, daffodils would become a mainstay
